In addition to exciting arts and crafts, sports, contests and swimming activities, the camps are incorporating special “learning days” on topics including cooking, fine art, music, woodworking, wilderness survival and more. The children also enjoy at least one outing to amusement parks, museums, etc., every week.
Each child receives two nutritious meals each day. Most importantly, the children are receiving the love and support they so desperately need in order to thrive. In addition to the ten camps directly under Meir Panim’s supervision, Meir Panim is subsidizing other summer camps across the country for 1,000 needy children, affording them a fun and fully supervised summer experience.
