The program is part of Meir Panim’s Employment Horizons initiative. The women participate in the eight month program for free. The program includes a four month training program followed by a four to six month period of personal support and guidance during their job searches and their acclimation periods in their new jobs. On average, 80% of program participants find employment after the course!

Three new programs have begun – one in Jerusalem and two in Haifa – in cooperation with the local municipalities.
