He has also collected and arranged for thousands of food items and hygienic products to be delivered to the brave soldiers stationed along the Gaza border.

This past Friday, he arranged for complete Shabbat meals to be prepared at the Meir Panim restaurant for distribution to local residents in need, and for delivery to the nearby army base.

One more thing: two of Nissim’s sons are stationed near Gaza. They are the ones who collected information on what items were most needed by reservists hurriedly called up, and helped with all the logistics. As soon as the shipments arrived, they were right on hand to help unload the truck and distribute the items.

The apple doesn’t fall from the tree.
