French Friends of Meir Panim Celebrate "10 Years of Meir Panim"!

January 1, 1970

6,000 guests from France, Belgium, Switzerland and England gathered in the “Zenith” in Paris for an evening of song and laughter. The Chief Rabbi of France, the Chief Rabbi of Paris, and the Chief Rabbi of Belgium attended, as did Israel’s Ambassador to France and many Jewish community leaders.

All proceeds from the event are dedicated to fighting poverty in Israel through Meir Panim’s charitable activities.
