Meir Panim Update
Emergency Assistance to Sderot and Kiryat Shmoneh
January 1, 1970

The missile-ravaged towns on the northern and southern fronts have long suffered from economic distresses. Following the end of recent war, the scope of help and donations to the residents of the towns has diminished and yet, the number of needy people in crisis in these areas has grown. Even the municipal welfare departments have encountered difficulties in handling all the issues and providing the full assistance needed.

Meir Panim will provide more than 1,100 needy families from these towns with substantial assistance for their various needs.
