Twenty at-risk youth from the municipality’s division for the promotion of teenagers and youth volunteered this summer in various tasks at different Meir Panim Relief Centers. Volunteer jobs included serving food to needy Israelis and answering phone calls through Meir Panim’s Power of Giving donation hotline.

The partnership was created to provide at-risk youth and teenagers with a positive work environment, encourage team work, help keep children off the streets and out of trouble as well as give them a taste of professional working life.
