Imagine their surprise when the world-renowned actor, Chaim Topol, walked through the door.

The actor, best remembered as Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, greeted the diners with his trademark smile and warm demeanor. “I was so impressed with your dedication, and the sensitivity exhibited in this place,” he remarked after touring the facility and becoming acquainted with the work of Meir Panim.

Mr. Topol, who is known and loved by all for his long-standing acting career, is an active philanthropist in his own merit.
