The youth spent time talking with club members, and heard Avraham, a Holocaust survivor, tell his own personal “Chanukah miracle” story. The youth will continue to visit the club and provide electrical, plumbing and general “fix-it” help as necessary.

Based on the success of this program, the Mayor of Yokneam has decided to donate a building for a club specifically for youth at-risk. The youth participating in Meir Panim’s current program will be the first to enjoy the club.
