Yom HaShoah, Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Day, is a very powerful and emotional day in Israel. As the final witnesses of the most horrific attempt at genocide in human history, Holocaust Survivors are a dwindling resource that needs to be treasured. Training the Next Generation of Chefs

Meir Panim recently launched a new and comprehensive Chef Training Program. The program consists of 20 at-risk teens from southern Israel and is designed to provide them with a working knowledge of the food industry.
